going back. So when you go into regression you literally go back in time to the moment that your problem, pain or behavior arose. You then learn by reliving that situation, where and how beliefs arose. You learn why you made certain choices that you might have wanted to do differently. Often a part of us has literally gotten stuck in that situation and it is as if that part in us has stopped moving. By reconnecting with that situation and the person you were at the time, you can get everything moving again. By consciously distinguishing between then and now, you can consciously choose new solutions and new behavior.
