ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
Welcome, I’m Elle van Kempen — a therapist, guide, and lifelong seeker of what lies beneath the surface. My journey has been shaped by a deep desire to explore the unseen, heal what’s hidden, and help others reconnect with who they truly are.
Roots & Early Spark
My name is Elle van Kempen, born on 29 October 1987 in Boxmeer, the Netherlands. I come from a family with a deep love for horses, a passion that quickly became mine too. By the age of 15, I was already organizing pony riding lessons and camps. These early experiences awakened both my entrepreneurial spirit and a profound love for connection that has guided me ever since.
From a young age, I was drawn to life’s deeper questions—curious about what moves us and how we can grow. This longing to understand myself and others shaped the path ahead.

A Calling Beyond Convention
That same curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Social Work at the HBO level, which I completed successfully. My time in conventional healthcare was valuable, yet I began to sense that something essential was missing—something deeper, more transformative.
I found what I was looking for when I began studying psychodynamic therapy in Scherpenzeel. This opened the door to holistic methods and eventually led me to specialize in regression and reincarnation therapy.

Learning, Loss & Becoming
I completed my training in regression therapy at the renowned Tasso Institute of Hans ten Dam. But some of my most powerful lessons came from life itself.
My partner at the time, Michel, was a teacher of hypnotherapy, breathwork, and Voice Dialogue. He became one of my greatest teachers. His passing in 2016 was a deep loss, but the wisdom and tools he shared remain a living part of my work. They continue to shape how I support others on their journeys.

Coming Home to the Self
My path eventually brought me to Lebanon, where I deepened my study of yoga, meditation, and the nature of the mind. These practices revealed the essence of life and helped me move beyond limiting illusions.
Through this journey, I’ve discovered that when we reconnect with our truth, we begin to unlock our full potential. My work is a way of sharing this path. I see myself as a guide—to help others come home to themselves. And I believe, deep down, that’s what we all long for.
