THERAPEUTIC METHODS
Working with goals
Setting goals is a very important part of therapy. If you go swimming towards a buoy and you don’t know what it looks like, you will eventually drown of fatigue. So it is useful to know what your buoy looks like or actually just know where you want to work on. The essential question here is; who do you want to be, compared to what you want to work on? What are your wishes?
